Release & Waiver of Liability

Abu Mu’aaz Hajj & Umrah Tours, a Hajj & Umrah Agency, is an exceptional and extraordinary Tour Operator, and assures and pledges that any services provided will be to the utmost satisfaction of the customer. Hajj & Umrah is very difficult and challenging. The journey involves many factors, from Airlines, Hotels, Transport Companies, Mutawefs, and most importantly, Government. Since this is a very complicated and complex journey, most insurance companies refuse to insure such travelers.

Abu Mu’aaz Hajj & Umrah Tours has always vowed to excel in its duties and perform its best, and to provide comfort and convenience to all Hajj & Umrah passengers, so they may have a blessed Hajj & Umrah. But this journey is not without certain risks, dangers and hazards to all participants. Therefore, it is mandatory for all individuals to read this document and sign it before departure, for their own benefit and protection and the protection of Abu Mu’aaz Hajj & Umrah Tours and its Suppliers.

The responsibility of Abu Mu’aaz Hajj & Umrah Tours as a tour operator is limited. Abu Mu’aaz Hajj & Umrah Tours, 147-10 119^th Ave, Jamaica, NY 11436 acts only in making arrangements for airlines, hotels, buses or any other services in connection with HAJJ and UMRAH travel and assumes no liability whatsoever for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect, through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying passengers or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour, or any natural disaster, dangerous incident in the air, sea, land, fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities de jure or de facto, wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or custom regulations, or from improper passports, visas or other documents. Abu Mu’aaz Hajj & Umrah Tours will accept no responsibility for loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedule or other causes.  Abu Mu’aaz Hajj & Umrah Tours shall not be liable or responsible for any inconvenience, loss, damage or injury arising in connection with such service. Abu Mu’aaz Hajj & Umrah Tours shall not be responsible for any person or persons, missing any part of the program due to his negligence or delay or absenteeism for any time during the tour, and will not be responsible for any additional expenses for the participant to rejoin the tour. Moreover, no refunds will be given for services not utilized.

A minimum deposit of US$2500 per person is required for reservation.

All cancellations 60 days prior to departure, for HAJJ only, shall be subject to US$300 administrative charges, for cancellations 45 days prior to the departure shall be subject to US$500 administrative charges, and for cancellations 30 days prior to departure shall be subject to $900. All charges and fees mentioned in this flyer are in US dollars. This is in addition to any other airline penalties, etc. 

Hajj tickets are non-refundable once issued. Cancellation after tickets are issued are subject to additional penalties. All Hajj Packages do not include Airline fuel surcharge, and any sudden airline fare increases, due to fuel costs and government imposed taxes.

Partial refund may be allowed less than 30 days prior to departure, BUT under no circumstances will any refund be given after HAJJ VISA is issued. 

This rule also applies to Ramadan Umrah, and any high season Umrah. No refund after Umrah Visa is issued. 

Travel Insurance may be a good idea for those who fear illness, or anticipate any setbacks. Abu Mu'aaz Hajj & Umrah Tours do not sell Travel Insurance.
